Learn to make delicious corn tortillas with Yellow Not Pink Corn Tortillas. They’re naturally gluten-free and much easier than you’d think. In this hands-on afternoon session, we’ll use fresh masa dough made with NZ corn, press and cook it to make our own tortillas on a hot griddle, and finish with a few simple fillings to try them with. You’ll go home with the know-how to make taco night happen any time. This workshop is designed with coeliacs in mind, so everyone at the table can tuck in. Drop in any time during the session you are booked for.
