It assumes that the role of the leader is to start with an understanding of what does the group value, want and need to be successful? This 2-Day Leadership Course has been created for those who work in environments where personal contribution at all levels is encouraged including healthcare, education, farming, and other organisations where the assumption is that everyone has a role to play in bringing about change.
