Most AI workshops teach you the tools. This one is about you. If you feel a bit behind on AI, or worried it's going to make you look silly, or take your job, you're not alone. Most of us are just standing at the edge, waiting to feel ready. You've just never had a safe space to play with it. And that's what this is. AI Play Lab is a small, low-pressure session to get you off the edge and playing. No jargon. No slides full of robots. Just you, your laptop or phone, and a few real things from your own life that we'll have a go at together. You'll leave having actually done something, not just heard about it. And you'll find that getting started is a lot lighter than you feared.
