The Art of Rest Ready to recharge? The Art of Rest is an invitation to slow down and soften in a world that moves so fast. Join Catalina at The Movement Space on every last Saturday of the month, for a 2.5-hour journey into stillness and deep rest through gentle and meditative Yoga practices. The afternoon will begin with a gentle yoga asana (movement) practice to feel and connect with the body. From there, you’ll be guided into a Restorative practise and finish with a Yoga Nidra, a deeply restful, guided journey where the body can fully relax and the mind gently unwind. What to expect: • A calm and supportive space • Gentle, therapeutic movement • Guided Yoga Nidra • A sense of ease to carry into your evening • Herbal tea • A wee snack at the end This is your permission to rest, restore, and refill your cup. No prior experience needed.
