Local astronomers lead guided telescope viewing of planets, nebulae, and distant galaxies. Visitors enjoy laser-guided constellation tours and live commentary during these public nights. A warm indoor presentation occurs if the weather is not cooperative.

Public nights are held each Sunday night from April to September (i.e. not during Daylight Savings Time as sunset is too late). We start at 7:00pm and usually finish around 9pm (depending on demand). • Guided telescope viewing of planets, nebulae, star clusters, and distant galaxies. • Live commentary from passionate local astronomers. • Laser-guided tours of the constellations. • A warm indoor presentation if the weather is not cooperative. Admission fees are $10 per person. Under 5's are free. There is no charge for members.
