Wear comfortable shoes. No one's looking, anyway. Bio Nicola Brown is a Dunedin-based comedian, writer, speaker, executive coach and clinical psychologist. She lives with her wife, son, an opinionated miniature schnauzer, and a cat who specialises in rodent relocation. Irreverent and deadpan, with "a whimsical sense of depressive irony", she weaves together comedy, storytelling and PowerPoint slide decks to make taboo subjects – such as LGBTQI+ experience, women's health, midlife invisibility – hilarious, relatable and accessible.
