Pottery Wheel Lessons (Wednesday afternoons 12.30-2.30pm)

Discover the art of wheel throwing in this six-week pottery course, perfect for beginners and those looking to build their skills. Guided by experienced tutor Erin, you'll learn the fundamentals of throwing on the pottery wheel, including clay preparation, trimming, reclaiming clay, and glazing your finished pieces. With small class sizes, you'll receive plenty of individual guidance and support as you develop your technique and confidence at the wheel. Class Details • Wednesdays: 12:30 pm – 2:30 pm • Course dates: Wednesday 16th September – Wednesday 21st October 2026 What's Included • One bag of clay • Use of all tools and equipment • Glazing and firing of your completed work Pottery can be a wonderfully messy creative process, so please bring an apron and an old towel to each class. We also recommend wearing comfortable clothing and closed-toe shoes that you don't mind getting a little dirty!
