In this workshop we will deal with herbs that can be helpful to Mental Health. The 3 herbs we will focus on are California poppy (flowers), Lemon balm (leaves and stalks) and Linden also called Lime trees (bracts). These herbs can help mental health in gentle but persistent ways, often reducing anxiety, and fostering good health on physical, mental and psychic levels. We will discuss how neurotransmitters can be affected and how modern science can blend with traditional herbal lore. We will make fresh or dried tinctures / teas depending on availability and you may be able to take a herbal remedy home with you. Enjoy the company of other herbal enthusiasts and learn how these wonderful plants can promote Mental Health for people of all ages.
