Join us to help grow native plants at our community nursery. The Wakatipu Reforestation Trust Plant Nursery runs weekly volunteer nursery sessions which are a wonderful way to meet locals, get your hands in the dirt and contribute to local conservation!

Help us nurture and grow native plants that will contribute to the 10,000 we grow every year to improve local biodiversity. We have planted over 140,000 to date and you can be a part of the momentum! No experience is necessary, just bring your enthusiasm and willingness to have a go. Whether you're a seasoned green thumb or a complete beginner, we welcome all to be part of this rewarding experience. This is a weekly event, every Wednesday.
