ROW Squad - Central Otago Meetup

Live in Central Otago? We all know it can be an incredible place 🏕️. And it can be a lot - with big tourist numbers, big workloads, and all the normal demands of life that don't stop. So many of our workplaces and communities rely on people giving a lot of themselves - whether that’s in tourism, hospitality, health, education, small business, leadership, construction, community work, and more. Many people are carrying more than others may realise. Breaking burnout culture won't happen on its own. That's why Philly Powell and I would love to invite you to our next Revolutionaries of Wellbeing (ROW) Central Otago Squad Meet-up! ROW Squads are local, in-person groups for people who care about workplace wellbeing, sustainable performance and breaking burnout culture - for good. You don’t need to be a wellbeing expert. You might work in HR, health and safety, leadership, large or small business, or be the person in your workplace who keeps asking, “How do we help people do good work without burning out?” The aim is super simple: facilitate useful conversations, boost local connections, and share practical ideas we can take back into our workplaces. We're all about action and we'll pulling a plan together to help shift things in our region. Together, we can make a difference. Come along and meet others in our community who are passionate just like you. We already have awesome Squads up and running in Auckland, Waikato and Dunedin... with more starting soon!
