Our regular, warm welcome to familiar faces and to new friends - Tauranga Business Link is the most open hearted, non traditional networking event you'll get to attend in Tauranga! This time, we're at a NEW venue - yes, we get to check out the newest venue in the Historic Village - The Balcony Room, thanks to Tauranga City Council for hosting us! Customer Centricity - What is it, and how do we design for it? Customer centricity gets thrown around a lot, but what does it look like in real life? This session brings together local experts who live and breathe customer design to get stuck into what's within the work behind the buzzword: building products, services and systems that build what customers need into the core of product design, service delivery and business strategy. Joining us on the panel is Rocketspark CEO Grant Johnson, Human Centred Design Expert Clare Swallow and another soon-to-be-confirmed local customer expert who'll share how they keep their businesses and teams using customer feedback and focus at the centre of strategy and decision making. This will be an insightful conversation about the systems, habits and mindset shifts that turn customer feedback into something your business acts on in every day decision making. Whether you're building a product, running a service business or just curious about how the best local (but world class!) companies stay close to their customers, this conversation will give you practical ways to think about your own customer journey.
