Therapy Thursday, is dedicated to promoting wellness, support, and personal growth by providing participants with an opportunity to engage in meaningful therapeutic and guidance-centered activities. The program creates a welcoming environment where individuals can seek support, learn coping strategies, and prioritize their emotional and mental well-being. The event is made possible through the guidance and assistance of Dr. Ocampo, Dr. K, Jason Velez, and Ms. Riz, who help facilitate the sessions and provide support throughout the program.
