Product Build Day // Part of Poland Tech Week 2026

Product Build Day // is back to Warsaw as part of Poland Tech Week 2026 with the support of Lovable and Imaguru. Join us on 27 October at 18:00 for Product Build Day //, a free 3-hour community evening. You will receive one real product challenge, design the cheapest possible way to test your idea, build a working product, test it with AI users, and pitch what you learned — all in one evening. The challenge Imagine you work on a language app with hundreds of millions of learners. Everyone practises by tapping. Nobody practises by talking. How might we help Sofie, who has been learning Spanish for 600 days but still cannot say a sentence out loud, hold a two-minute conversation before travelling to Barcelona? Your test: The Checkout to Nowhere Your task is to build a page showing your solution and what it costs, with an Upgrade button and a checkout asking for a name and email — and then stopping honestly before any payment. Why? Because ideas are easy. Product Build Day is about testing whether people actually act once the price becomes real. An example metric: Upgrade clicks per 100 visitors — and how many of them leave their name. An example win: 8 in 100 click Upgrade. 3 in 100 leave a name. One rule: no card field, and the honest screen comes immediately. Six stops. Three hours. 17:00 — Doors, food & challenge revealMeet the room and discover the brief. 17:20 — Design the testFind the cheapest way to prove your idea before you build. 17:35 — Build70 minutes in Lovable. AI does the typing. You focus on the product. 18:45 — TestAI users test your product in Uxia. Findings, not flattery. 19:30 — Pitch3 minutes. Live app. No slides. 19:50 — Winner & recognitionWe celebrate the strongest experiments — and the room that built them. What will you leave with? PRODUCT MANAGER“Let’s explore it” now costs one evening. DESIGNERStop handing flows over a wall. Ship one. EVERYONELeave with something rough, working and tested — rather than another idea sitting in a document. Who should join? Product Build Day is designed for anyone close to the customer: product managers, product owners, product designers and UX professionals, marketers, sales and customer support teams, founders, and subject-matter experts. No technical background is needed. No coding experience is required. Bring your customer knowledge, curiosity and willingness to build.
