I’ll explain the process and answer any questions you may have. 2. Somatic Activation Gentle movement and conscious breathing help you arrive in your body and prepare for the experience. 3. Guided Visualization A guided meditation helps you slow down and turn your attention inward. 4. Energy Activation You’ll lie comfortably on a mat while an immersive, carefully curated soundscape supports the experience. You are invited to relax, listen to your body, and allow whatever naturally wants to move to move. 5. Reintegration You’ll be gently guided back into full awareness, with time to rest, ground, and notice how you feel. 6.
