5Rhythms® Dance | Move, Release, Reconnect

Music becomes a key teacher, alongside the facilitator, supporting your movement practice as you explore the Waves in your own way. Rooted in the teachings of Gabrielle Roth, 5Rhythms® is a movement meditation and creative practice now shared by tens of thousands of people around the world. It is based on the understanding that when we move, we can shift, release, and reconnect. Movement becomes both medicine and metaphor—supporting presence, awareness, and insight through the body. Each 2-hour class includes time to arrive and warm up, a fully guided wave through the 5Rhythms, and space for integration and grounding at the end. Each rhythm offers a simple map for embodied exploration: Flowing — arriving in the body, guided by the feet, building trust in the ground beneath you. Staccato — shaping energy into form, finding clarity, direction, and expression. Chaos — letting go into movement, releasing tension and allowing the body to unwind. Lyrical — lightening and expanding into creativity, ease, and play.
