Introspective Art

A Collective Pause to Turn Inward. This isn't your typical art class… 🗓️ Join us on Wednesday at 5pm in a green and luxurious setting at Hotel Hotel, Avenida da Liberdade. ✨ The Introspective Art Session is an invitation to slow down, reconnect with yourself, and express what’s within through painting, drawing, or collage. No art experience needed. We begin with a guided mindfulness practice to help you arrive, settle, and reconnect with the present moment. A unique reflective theme is then introduced as a gentle prompt, an invitation, not an assignment, to inspire your creative process. ➡️ AGENDA: • 5:00pm — Meet & settle in, order your welcome drink • 5:15pm — A short guided mindful moment • 5:30pm — Free-flowing creative time around the week's theme • 6:45pm — Sharing what we created (optional) • 7:00pm — Session end ➡️ All materials & canvas included ➡️ A FREE drink included Sometimes the best way to understand what you're feeling is to make something out of it — and it's easier when you're not doing it alone 🌞 💺 Limited spots (only 6) to keep the group intimate
