This special gathering brings together the core elements of our renowned retreats: immersive song circles, embodied teachings, and authentic connection. This intensive is after an amazing concert ceremony in Lisbon on 14 November. **** Rediscover the first and most intricate instrument known to humankind: your Self. In this immersive experience, you’ll explore the sacred meeting point of rhythm, voice, and Spirit through a polyrhythmic dance of sound and soul. Embrace your unique voice and cultivate authentic expression within a safe, celebratory container. Release self-judgment and limiting beliefs as you sing your soul and braid your voice with others, amplifying collective healing and beauty. ​You’ll emerge with renewed confidence, deeper connection, and a liberated sense of joy in your expression. ​ Over three days, you’ll join a circle of fellow participants for a curriculum-rich experience centered around the Circlesong and teaching elements of the full retreat. Together, we’ll cultivate presence, play, and the art of meeting life’s uncertainty through music and community. Through embodied practices— voice, body percussion, and spontaneous creation, we’ll enter flow states that nourish both spirit and body . No musical experience necessary – all levels welcome. This intensive is designed to be accessible for those new to music-making, while still offering depth and inspiration for developing and seasoned musicians alike. The remainder of meals are on your own. What should I bring with me? Comfortable layers – Lisbon weather and indoor temperatures can fluctuate so come prepared for warmth and coolness. We will be inside for most of the workshops but may gather outdoors if weather permits. R efillable water bottle – Filtered drinking water will be available on site. Snacks – While lunch is provided, you’re welcome to bring your favorite snacks or additional protein to stay nourished throughout the day. Journal + pen – For group activities and notes. We'll have extra paper on site if you forget yours. Can I come for just one day? This is a full 3-day intensive and we encourage participants to attend in full to receive the complete experience. We do not offer single day tickets at this time. Should I bring my own instruments? Workshops will be working solely with the voice and body as our main instrument, so they are not needed for workshops. However, participants may choose to make music together in the evenings. Is this retreat appropriate if I’m pregnant, healing or sensitive? Absolutely. The space is designed to be inclusive and supportive. The format does include both standing, sitting, and movement for periods of time. Please let us know of any specific needs in advance so we can support you fully. We request no strong perfumes or scents in the shared space. Will there be breaks during the day? Yes, there will be time built into the workshop schedule for bathroom breaks and lunch. Additionally, you'll have mornings and evenings for personal time, hiking, and connecting with other participants. Is there a refund policy? Yes, 25% of the registration fee is non-refundable.
