Our vision is for single-origin drinking cacao to be a staple offering of specialty coffee shops. Our mission is to elevate and demystify drinking cacao to it's rightful place alongside specialty coffee and matcha. During this tatsting session, participants can expect to learn more about the cacao making process we use and how roasting affects the tasting profile of cacao.
