Spiritual Warrior Yoga Class with Morgane

​Developed by Jivamukti founders Sharon Gannon and David Life, the Spiritual Warrior sequence was designed for busy people who only have one hour to practice. The class is rhythmic and fast-paced, taught in a fixed Vinyasa sequence. Fully balanced, it includes an asana warm-up, chanting, meditation, hands-on assists, and is always led by an intention and an energising playlist. Some prior knowledge of yoga poses and Vinyasa flow is helpful, though all levels are welcome. ​Your Teacher Morgane has practised yoga for 15 years, exploring a range of styles and traditions as her relationship with the practice deepened from the physical into the mindful and spiritual — a journey that continues to ripple into every corner of daily life. Her teaching is rooted in strong Vinyasa flow, enriched by Jivamukti's spiritual depth and philosophy. She integrates safe hands-on assists, Sanskrit chanting, and the deeper dimensions of yoga to create a holistic practice. For beginners or those seeking a gentler pace, she also offers accessible Hatha classes that build foundation and confidence. ​Morgane holds a 200-hour Hatha & Vinyasa certification from School Yoga Institute and a 75-hour Jivamukti certification from Jivamukti Yoga Lisbon. Based in Lisbon, she teaches regularly in the city and leads retreats in Botswana.
