Come at 6:30 PM for the 30-minute signature movement + shake-it-out opener — flowing, moving + shaking to club music. The movement class transitions into the dance floor — you’ll be guided into it by the MC, who will keep the energy high throughout the rest of the event. Drop in anytime. Your ticket gives you access to the full DayClub experience. 🎧 TIMING + DESCRIPTIONS 6:30 PM — Signature Movement + Shake-It-Out 30 minutes of guided movement set to club music — blending yoga-inspired movement + shaking it out to get you into your body, worked out, and loosened up before the dance floor opens. *Bring a mat for this portion. 7:00 PM — Live DJ Dance Floor Our MC will guide everyone into the dance floor, expect a high-energy dance floor.
