A University of Manchester Dubai alumna, she is a transformation-focused leader who drives operational excellence, standardisation and automation initiatives that deliver measurable performance improvements. She is passionate about building accountable, high-performing teams and creating cultures that support growth, innovation and sustained impact. Sherif Al-Sherif Sherif Al-Sherif is a Regional Finance Leader with 17 years of experience across the GCC, spanning automotive, professional services, technology and industrial manufacturing. He currently leads finance for Lucid Motors' Saudi manufacturing operation, a strategic investment of the Public Investment Fund under the Kingdom's Vision 2030 industrial strategy. He was previously Commercial Finance Leader for Honeywell across the Middle East, where he led financial strategy across multi-sector portfolio in the Middle East region.Sherif holds an MBA from Alliance Manchester Business School, and is a CMA and ACCA. He is based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia Mohammed AlKhatib Mohammed AlKhatib is a senior innovation and transformation leader with over 21 years of experience across the aviation, maritime, engineering and government sectors. He is currently Senior Manager and Acting Director of Innovation & Entrepreneurship Hubs at Cruise Saudi, where he leads initiatives in innovation, digital transformation and strategic partnerships. His experience includes AI adoption, PMO and portfolio governance, sustainable mobility and operational transformation aligned with Saudi Vision 2030. Mohammed is also an innovation judge and mentor with KAUST Entrepreneurship and is currently pursuing an Executive Global MBA at The University of Manchester.
