Leadership in a Rapid Changing Industry

AI is changing engineering work faster than ever. But how are our engineering cultures adapting? This is an evening for leaders and changemakers in the industry, who want a real answer to a harder question: how do you lead a team through this kind of shift while amplifying it, and your culture, along the way? And how can equality be used as a tool to boost innovation in your company? About the organizers Pepp is a non-profit organisation, inspiring more young girls to choose, stay, and thrive in tech & engineering - as well has helping the industry to make them thrive, and say. Over the 14 years, thousands of young girls have been part of their mentorship program. This event is part of Gotheburg Tech Week. The event is independently organised by the hosts.
