Arise & Bloom: Pathways to Success

Empowering women of colour & migrant women through career, entrepreneurship, well-being & civic engagement. Arise & Bloom: Pathways to Success From Barriers to Empowerment & Opportunities Women of colour and women with foreign backgrounds in Sweden and the Nordics often face structural hurdles in career, entrepreneurship, and integration. Arise & Bloom is a one-day gathering aimed towards turning those barriers into stepping stones, helping women build the lives and livelihoods they want. On 5 November 2026 at Altitude Meetings, Malmö, women at every stage come together: employed, self-employed, starting a business, studying, or ready for the next chapter to: • Build practical skills in career advancement, entrepreneurship, and leadership • Connect participants with mentors, networks, and funding pathways • Strengthen well-being and resilience for demanding careers and businesses • Encourage civic voice and participation in decisions that affect our communities What you take away: • Practical tools from your chosen workshop track • Insights from women entrepreneurs and leaders across three panels • New connections and a community of support • Access to mentorship and local resources • A concrete next step to act on the moment you leave It is free to attend, delivered in English, and open to every woman. Every woman carries a story of strength, and every story deserves a stage.
