The Playful Arts Accelerator Exhibition - Grand Opening

Experience five unique projects exploring playable art, and how games and interactive art function as contemporary culture. After three months of creative iterations, the five projects in the Playful Arts Accelerator are showcasing their work. The projects explore the limits of interactive media, digital art, and physical space. As the creators step out of the studio, you're invited to step into the experiences. During the grand opening of the exhibition you’ll be the first to experience their works and listen to the creators present their projects while enjoying some soft drinks and light snacks. Mission:Emission by Brave by Day: Eco-Critical Systems: A deceptive, seemingly traditional roguelike that confronts the real-world CO₂ emissions of game production and consumption. Trolldom by The Sticking Place: Neurodivergent Lived Experience: An intimate interactive narrative exploring masking, navigation, and identity through the lens of living with AuDHD. Cubes by Christian Björklund: Generative Audio Design: A dynamic musical game that organically evolves and expands in real time based on user audio input. Skiljelinjer by Marika Hedemyr & Emma Bexell: Public Space & Safety: A performance lecture dissecting safety, perception, and vulnerability across Malmö's urban environment. .......... Note: A ticket is not mandatory for visiting the opening of the exhibition, since it’s open to the public, but we appreciate your getting a ticket so we know how many are coming.
