Breathwork med Hale i Musernas hus

Experience art with both body and mind. In collaboration with Hale, Liljevalchs invites you to a guided breathwork session held in conjunction with Ylva Snöfrid’s exhibition The House of the Muses . The experience begins with a brief introduction of the exhibition. In The House of the Muses Ylva Snöfrid explores themes of presence, consciousness, and creativity, allowing art to become a space for both external and internal experiences. Taking the exhibition as a starting point, we then move into a guided breathwork session led by Hale. Breathwork is a practice in which conscious, guided breathing is used to influence our physical and mental state. During the session, you will have the opportunity to slow down, settle into your body and turn your attention inward – as a way of deepening your encounter with both the art and yourself. Founded in Stockholm in 2019, Hale makes breathwork practical, science-based and adapted to everyday life. SVE Upplev konsten med både kropp och sinne. Tillsammans med Hale bjuder Liljevalchs in till en guidad breathwork-session i anslutning till Ylva Snöfrids utställning Musornas hus . Upplevelsen inleds med en kort guidad tur i utställningen. I Musornas hus utforskar Ylva Snöfrid frågor om närvaro, medvetande och skapande, och låter konsten bli en plats för både yttre och inre erfarenheter. Med utställningen som utgångspunkt fortsätter vi sedan in i en guidad breathwork-session ledd av Hale. Breathwork är en metod där medveten och guidad andning används för att påverka vårt fysiska och mentala tillstånd. Under sessionen får du möjlighet att sakta ner, landa i kroppen och rikta uppmärksamheten inåt – som ett sätt att fördjupa mötet med både konsten och dig själv. Programmet hålls på engelska.
