Pansori: Storytelling Through Voice & Rhythm (Workshops & Seminar)

Discover Korean pansori through hands-on workshops and an interactive seminar exploring traditional singing, storytelling, and rhythm. As part of the Korean Cultural Center in Sweden's 2026 Storytelling Season, this program explores the art of Korean storytelling through pansori, a traditional performance combining singing, speech, rhythm, and gesture. Discover how pansori brings stories to life through the human voice and traditional Korean rhythms, and explore how Korea's storytelling traditions continue to influence contemporary Korean culture. Choose from a hands-on workshop series for learning the basics of pansori or an interactive public seminar introducing the rhythms and expressive power of this traditional art form.
