Repair Cafe' and Community banner workshop - Make Something Week

Come and join us for our classic Repair Café and help us create a fabric banner for the repair movement! During the recent climate demonstration, we were inspired by the work of the artivists around us. Many decorated fabric pieces with beautiful representations of nature using patching, embroidery, and hand stitching. We loved the idea (see the event picture for an example). This time, alongside our usual repair activities, you'll have the opportunity to contribute to a shared banner. Add a stitch, sew on a piece of fabric, create a small design, or simply leave your mark. No experience needed. Together with Momentum Hub at Fryshuset, we are taking part in Make Something Week, a movement that encourages making, repairing, and creating instead of participating in the overconsumption associated with Black Week.
