Space Exploration 5Rhythms® movement weekend

Space Exploration A Lyrical Experience of Internal & External Space 5Rhythms® Waves & Heartbeat movement workshop with Erik Iversen, Canada. Read more here: Come and explore space and shape—and discover how they can transform your perception of the dynamic practice of 5Rhythms. Together, we’ll enter the space between body, breath, movement, sensation, and perception—and see what becomes possible when we allow space itself to become part of the practice. How do we move into space? How do we perceive space? How do we allow space to move us? How do I expand into the space around me? How do I contract? How does my breathing change the quality and volume of my inner space? Through awareness of the diaphragms, breath becomes a way of expanding and contracting this inner space, creating a dynamic relationship between the inside and the outside.
