A Saturday morning just for you: learn how stress interacts with your hormones at every stage of life, unwind with a guided breathwork session, and finish with brunch in central Stockholm. A morning of calm, connection and yummy food This in-person workshop combines stress education, women’s health and a guided breathwork session. Anna (M.D.) and André will describe how stress affects a woman’s body through different phases of life, from the menstrual cycle to perimenopause and menopause, and share practical tools for calming the nervous system and finding balance. You’ll leave with: A clearer understanding of how stress and hormones interact in your body Practical, effective tools you can use to support your body and find balance when overwhelmed New connections with other women What to expect The morning starts with coffee and a warm welcome. Next comes a session on stress physiology and women’s hormones, followed by small-group sharing. After that, you’ll lie back, get cozy under a blanket and unwind with a full guided breathwork session. We close together before moving into brunch. No experience is needed, just come as you are.
