Why WorkPlace Big Five The WorkPlace Big Five Profile™ is based on the Five-Factor Model, the current gold standard of personality measurement by psychologists and researchers. Activities, videos, case studies and role play will be used for optimal learning results. Participants will be given access to an award-winning e-learning platform to support the development of their knowledge and skills outside the workshop.
