🕊️ Who we areScreaming Pigeons curates intimate gatherings for women in their 20s and 30s in Singapore who believe female friendships hold something magical.🍑 About this eventWe’re going deeper with another ✨Ask Me Anything✨ with the fantastic Noorindah Iskandar, founder of Shy & Curious and sexual wellness advocate, this workshop combines practical education with the kind of honest, big-sister conversation that makes asking even the most “basic” questions feel completely normal. As women, so many of us grew up learning surprisingly little about our own bodies and pleasure. We learnt about pregnancy and periods, but not necessarily how our anatomy actually works, what feels good to us. 💭 We'll have open conversations around: Female anatomy, pleasure points and how our bodies actually work Why understanding your own body can make intimacy feel more confident and less mysterious The basics of male anatomy and pleasure Sexual wellness toys and tools, including the opportunity to see, touch and understand what they are and how they work Recognising your own boundaries, preferences and desires Communicating what you want without feeling embarrassed, difficult or demanding Most importantly, we’ll talk about what it can look like to centre your own comfort and pleasure in intimacy, rather than treating your experience as secondary to somebody else’s. 🤍 Good to know Halal-friendly sweet treats are included with your ticket, because important conversations are better with snacks Come exactly as you are. Single, dating, partnered, experienced or completely new to these conversations, no prior knowledge needed. Expect practical learning mixed with cosy girl talk, questions and conversation. Leave any expectations of what a “sexual wellness workshop” looks like at the door. What’s shared in the room stays in the room. We ask everyone to respect the privacy of the women around them and the conversations shared. No identifiable photos will be posted. Given the sensitive nature of the topic, we won’t share photos showing guests’ faces. There’s no agenda beyond helping women feel informed about their own bodies and pleasure. We simply want to create a warm, novel way to talk about something that is still unnecessarily taboo with women’s comfort, curiosity and experiences at the centre.
