On 23rd September, Urban Milers and Gray Matter Solutions are coming together for a special Brain Health Run, for World Alzheimer's Month, to raise awareness about this special cause. At the end of the run, Gray Matter Solutions will be doing a special Brain Speed Challenge and all runners can participate! The top 3 runners will recieve: ASICS Novablast 6 S$30 Grab Vouchers S$20 Starbucks Gift Card Gray Matter is keen to raise awareness about the importance of preventing Alzheimer's Disease and a social run addresses many of the modifiable risks: physical activity, social connection, and improving cardiovascular health!
