Experience the story through a six-course communal meal crafted by Bricolage's team, made with surplus produce sourced from regional suppliers, and their own ferments. The cost price for food alone is $50/pax. Shared Table provides Bricolage with the opportunity to experiment with new ideas, and to come up with new dishes and drinks. As participants of Shared Table, you will be tasting their latest creations and hearing about their experiments - including the failures! Shared Table 02: Enjoy a welcome drink as you step into Bricolage. Hui Shan from Terra Tea shares her story on getting to know Balinese red rice farmers, and how this relationship grew to become the foundation of her work with Terra Tea. Experience a tea meditation by Shi Qi from Terra Tea. Enjoy a 6-course communal plant-based meal crafted by Bricolage. The menu is inspired by the story, as well as elements of what Bricolage is inspired by - including the rice farmers, harvest rituals, and the idea of kansha, or thankfulness and appreciation. The food explores ideas of simplicity, intent, clarity, and a quiet sense of joy. Come enjoy the space, the people, the food, and conversations on mindful eating, how we source our food, and how we choose to eat and live.
