Souls Connect Meet up This month's meetup opens with a 20-minute Deep Dance Journey, facilitated by Laura of The Hummingbird Life. A fully immersive journey with headphones, it offers a way to arrive fully present — to drop into the body, feel what's there, and meet the people around us with something more honest beyond small talk.
