Singapore's employee engagement was 14% in 2025, behind Malaysia, Indonesia and Thailand, and well below the global average of 20%. Losing good people is expensive. Most companies never calculate exactly how expensive, because the cost isn't clear at first glance. It's spread across recruitment fees, lost productivity, managers' time and work that just stops getting done. Join us for 3 speakers talking about 3 stages of this problem: What your structure is costing you How to find and keep the people you actually need for your business How to ensure that you're calculating your offer to employees the same way they are There will be complimentary dinner, drinks and a door gift for all participants. Our Speakers Mark Mullinix Mark is the founder and principal at Growth Vectors, which runs organisational diagnostics for companies of roughly 30 to 150 staff. He helps founders and leaders work out what's actually going wrong inside their organisations, and whether they are facing a people problem or a structural one wearing a people problem's clothes. He's also made most of the mistakes he'll be talking about, several of them more than once. Mark has spent 2 decades building and scaling ventures across Asia-Pacific, from early stage startups to Fortune 500 multinationals. He founded a strategy consultancy, helped launch the technology behind leading credit-card rewards programmes at Ascenda Loyalty, where he built a globally-distributed team, and was on the founding team that built yuu Rewards, Singapore's largest loyalty coalition backed by Temasek and DFI Retail group. Earlier, he spent seven years at American Express, where he established their co-brand Centre of Excellence.
