Start running at 6:30 and can stop at the drinks stall along the way to keep everyone hydrated. สวัสดีทุกคนนะครับ ผมไม่ได้เป็น Community Leader นะครับ แค่เป็นคนหนึ่งที่ชอบวิ่งช้าปกติก็ pace 9-10 😅 แต่ผมไม่ค่อยเห็นมีโพสกลุ่มวิ่งความเร็วประมาณนี้ ผมเลยอยากลองเริ่มเป็นกลุ่มเล็กๆสำหรับคนชอบวิ่งช้าครับ ยังไงเรามาเจอกัน แล้วมาลองวิ่งไปช้าๆด้วยกันดูครับ 🐌 📍 เจอกันที่จุด Warm-up ใกล้ที่จอดรถ เวลา 6:10 น.🏃♂️ ออกวิ่งพร้อมกัน 6:30 น. ระหว่างทางสามารถแวะซื้อน้ำได้นะครับเพราะ Hydration สำคัญมาก 🐌 Our rule is simple: START TOGETHER. RUN TOGETHER.FINISH TOGETHER. We'll run 2 laps (5KM) around Suan Rot Fai Park, keeping a comfortable and conversational pace. Whether you're: 🌱 Just starting to run 🐢 A naturally slow runner 🏃♀️ Getting back into running 🤝 Looking for new running buddies ☀️ Or simply want a relaxed morning You're welcome here. You don't need to be fast.You just need to show up. Let's run slowly, talk, laugh, and finish those 5KM together. 🐌 I will create a LINE open chat if there are more than 10 participants to keep the SLO-MO run going.
