She is the Online Ambulance Helpline Manager at Stop Online Harm, a women-led organization combating Technology-Facilitated Gender-Based Violence (TFGBV). Much of her work happens behind the scenes: building systems and making sure people reaching out for support are met with care and dignity. Ivory cares about building the practical, thoughtful, and human side of the systems that make support more accessible while keeping the people at the center of the work.
