Join us for a morning of mindfulness and botanical discovery in the serene Validebağ Grove. Step away from the city and onto your mat in the beautiful, historic Validebağ Grove. This session is designed to harmonize your body and mind with the natural world around you. Join us for a morning of mindfulness and botanical discovery in the serene Validebağ Grove. We will begin our session with 15 minutes of silent meditation to ground ourselves and connect with the natural surroundings. Following the meditation, we will transition into a guided floristic tour of the grove. As the author of the Flora of Validebağ, I will lead the walk, sharing insights into the diverse plant species and the unique ecology that makes this area so special. Practical Information: • Meeting Point: Abdülaziz Hunt Lodge (Abdülaziz Av Köşkü). • What to bring: Please ensure you bring your own water. You may also want to bring a light mat or cushion for the meditation and wear comfortable walking shoes for the hike.
