Join us for the opening and drinks reception of Symbolic Vault: Entanglements of Human, Nature, Machine at Kasa Gallery. This September, Kasa Gallery presents Symbolic Vault: Entanglements of Human, Nature, Machine, a site-responsive exhibition curated by Tima Jam in collaboration with Art Voyage Biennial CIC. Bringing together moving images, installation, sound, and performance, the exhibition considers how technology, ecology, and memory reshape contemporary understandings of perception, agency, and value. The opening event will bring together international collectors, curators, patrons, press, and arts professionals to experience the exhibition, as well as meet the artists and curator. Guests are invited to continue conversations and make connections over a following drinks reception in Kasa Gallery’s historic venue. Featuring new site-responsive works by Ecem Dilan Köse, Rebecca Najdowski and Paulo Arraiano, Symbolic Vault transforms Kasa Gallery’s historic underground vault into an immersive exhibition spanning moving image, installation and sound. Exploring the entangled relationships between human, technological and ecological systems and responding to the site's history as a place of security, exchange, and institutional authority, Symbolic Vault reimagines the vault as a space for reflection and dialogue.
