Get ready for a 60-minute High + Tight class with Brooke M., followed by a complimentary drink, snacks from our friends at The Lox + more, surprise giveaways, and SOS swag. Sunday, September 20 Check-in opens at 9:30 AM Class: 10:00–11:00 AM Seventh Son Brewing Please bring a mat + water. All levels welcome. Must be 21+ to receive an alcoholic beverage. What is HIGH + TIGHT? The Sculptor + Definer. High + Tight is SOS’s strength-based sculpting class, combining targeted equipment, high reps, and controlled movements to maximize time under tension. Expect a full-body burn designed to tone, define, and build lean muscle.
