Dietitian’s Table is a nutrition-focused cooking demo featuring practical recipes, cooking skills, and tips from a registered dietitian. NOTE: This is the same class as October 20th. Please only sign up for one. Dietitian’s Table is an interactive cooking demonstration led by a registered dietitian, featuring approachable recipes and practical tips for making nutritious meals at home. Participants will learn helpful cooking techniques, ingredient swaps, and nutrition information while seeing the recipe prepared step by step and sampling the finished dish. This session’s featured recipe is Pumpkin Chili with Whole Wheat Cornbread and a Spooky Dessert. Happy Halloween!
