Grateful Rhythm & Resonance, A Drum and Chant circle

More than a drum circle, this is a gathering guided by steady rhythm to ground the nervous system and reconnect in community. Grateful Rhythm & Resonance A Sacred Drum & Chant Circle Come together in rhythm, vibration, and community for an evening of gratitude, connection, and energetic renewal. Through the ancient practices of drumming, chanting, and intentional sound, we’ll explore the power of vibration to quiet the mind, awaken the spirit, and reconnect with ourselves and one another. Together, we'll journey through grounding rhythms, chakra sound activation, restorative healing vibrations, and the collective energy of sound and connection. An opportunity to release what no longer serves, embrace gratitude for what is, and create space for what is yet to come. No musical experience is necessary. Simply bring an open heart and a willingness to explore. Drums and instruments are welcome, and some will be available to share. What to Expect • A gently guided opening to settle the body and nervous system • Steady, grounding drum rhythms inspired by the heartbeat • Space for silence, breath, and integration • A supportive, non-performative circle — no pressure to “do it right” • Optional sharing at the end • You’re encouraged to bring your own drum or rattle; a limited number of drums will be available Come as you are. Rest, listen, drum, or simply be held in the rhythm. Together, we create something greater than any one of us.
