PGG Barbells and Brews!

Come join the first ever PGG Workout and Networking at Physique Island on Rockside Road from 3:00pm - 5:00pm. Physique Island trainers will be leading a structured workout on Wednesday (11/18) from 3pm - 3:45pm, after which coffee, beer and hydration will be available while we network. They say friends who sweat together, stay together, and in this case, just in time for the holidays! Bring a friend and enjoy the professional-led complimentary workout, as well as good company. Let's finish the year in shape and make new connections in the process. Physique Island's owner, Dominique Sanders, was a high school basketball/football player who is currently the Twinsburg head basketball coach. The gym's head trainer is Tre Jones, former Mount Union football All-American and 2x National Champion. Post-workout drinks are sponsored by the Professional Gridiron Group and our Partners. Also, please remember to visit the PGG website to officially join / renew as a member!
