SAFY of Cleveland presents SWEET AND SPOOKY SCIENCE- Science you can eat!

Join SAFY of Cleveland for a fun, tasty science bash where spooky treats meet cool experiments! SAFY of Cleveland presents SWEET AND SPOOKY SCIENCE Are you ready to mix up some tasty madness in our Sweet and Spooky Science Lab? Get ready for a fun-filled, hands-on science experience that's not only spooky but also delicious! Join us as we explore the world of science you can actually eat. Perfect for curious minds who love a little thrill and tasty treats. Bring the whole family out and be ready to step into the roles of mad scientists and explore the fascinating world of physics and chemistry to make, learn, and taste real scientific reactions!! Our spooky scientists will explore: • The Freeze Factor (Endothermic Reactions): Watch science chill in real-time as we shake up our own homemade ice cream in a bag! • The Magic of Mixes (Colloids): Discover how liquids transform as we whip up fresh whipped cream! • The Monster Slime (Oobleck): Get hands-on with a mysterious substance that behaves like a liquid and a solid at the same time- and it's also the perfect finishing touch for your sundae because it's chocolate syrup from scratch. This event is completely free for all ages. Come ready to learn, create, and satisfy your sweet tooth! Spaces are limited, so please RSVP today to secure your lab bench- and enjoy crafts, refreshments, and goody bags while you wait your turn! 🍦 Edible Experiments • 🧪 Hands-On STEM • 🎃 Halloween Fun ALL AGES WELCOME CAUTION: ALL EXPERIMENTS WILL BE DELICIOUS! Please note: This activity will use products that contain dairy, sugar, cocoa, and corn. If you need accomodations, please reach out for alternatives and how we can meet them, and we will do our best to accomodate (one of the organizers has food allergies herself, so we understand and take this seriously)
