Join Albany Medical College students for our next CHOP (Cooking Healthy Options with Patients) session Join AMC medical students for our last hands-on cooking class of the spring! We will introduce easy and delicious ways to incorporate high-fiber ingredients, like beans, quinoa, and farro, into a light summer meal. You’ll be sure to leave with some tasty and nutritious essentials that won’t let you down at your next summer cookout! This interactive class is designed for all skill levels. We’ll end by sitting down together to enjoy the meal we’ve made as a community.
