This October, Black Mom Society invites you to our Fall Family Excursion, a thoughtfully curated experience bringing together nature, wellness, family, and community. On Saturday, October 24, we'll journey from Brooklyn to the beautiful Capital Region of Upstate New York for a day exploring John Boyd Thacher State Park and Indian Ladder Farms. Surrounded by breathtaking fall foliage, scenic landscapes, and the warmth of community, we'll create space to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy the season. Whether you're joining us with your children, friends, family members, or simply treating yourself to a refreshing day away, this experience is for you. 🌿 What Your Experience Includes 🚌 Round-Trip Chartered Transportation Enjoy a comfortable coach journey departing from Brooklyn, NY. 🥐 Breakfast on the Go Start the morning with light breakfast refreshments during our journey. 🍂 Nature & Exploration Experience the beauty of Thacher State Park, including scenic overlooks and guided nature exploration. 💜 Wellness & Connection Enjoy intentional moments of reflection, gentle movement, and family-centered wellness facilitated by Black Mom Society. 🧺 Picnic-Style Lunch Gather with fellow participants for lunch surrounded by the beauty of nature. 🍎 Fall Fun at Indian Ladder Farms Explore the farm, enjoy seasonal surroundings, and experience the charm of autumn in Upstate New York. 🎁 A Little Something to Remember the Day Enjoy a seasonal treat and a special Black Mom Society keepsake. 💜 More Than a Family Outing At Black Mom Society, we believe wellness extends beyond individual self-care. Our Fall Family Excursion welcomes: • Moms • Families and extended family members • Grandparents and grandchildren • Friends and community groups • Women seeking a day of wellness and fellowship • Individuals who simply want to enjoy a beautiful fall experience You don't need to be a mom to join us! Come as you are. Bring someone you love. Or come ready to make a new connection. 🎟️ Registration Adults (13+): $155 Children (ages 3–12): $60 Your registration includes the curated excursion experience and round-trip charter coach transportation. Flexible payment options: Klarna and Afterpay are available when registering through the Black Mom Society website. Advance registration is required. Space is limited. 🚌 Transportation & Departure Departure: Brooklyn, NY Estimated departure: 8:00 AM Estimated return: 8:30–9:00 PM Exact pickup location, departure instructions, and final itinerary will be communicated to registered participants before the excursion.
