Full description from organizer

A hands-on morning for Albuquerque manufacturing and construction leaders. Build a working AI agent on your own inbox. Breakfast included. AI Leadership Lab for Manufacturing and Construction Executives Hosted by Chris Daigle, ChiefAIOfficer.com Thursday, November 12, 2026 | 8:00am to 12:00pm MT ABC New Mexico Training Facility, 2821 Broadway Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 $49 per seat, credited toward any engagement with Chris | Breakfast tacos, burritos and coffee included | 20 seats Most AI events are a slide deck and a sales pitch. This one's a workshop. You'll sit down with your own laptop and your own work email. By the end of the morning you'll have a working AI agent that reads your RFI, quote or supplier emails, sorts them, and tells you what needs your attention today. No code. No theory for its own sake. Just one useful thing, built on your real work, so you can see for yourself what this technology can and can't do for a company like yours. Who it's for You run or operate a manufacturing or construction company in the Albuquerque area, roughly 50 to 1,000 employees. You're the owner, president, COO, GM, or the ops leader who gets handed "figure out AI." You've probably used ChatGPT a few times. You've heard the pitches. What you haven't had is a straight answer about where it actually saves your people time, and a few hours to try it on your own work. This is a good fit if: - Your inbox, your estimators or your PMs are buried in RFIs, quote requests, submittals or supplier back-and-forth - You'd rather test something yourself than take a vendor's word for it - You want to walk away with a next step, not a reading list It's probably not for you if you're looking for a deep technical course, or you already have an AI team building agents in production. What you'll build and leave with • A working AI agent on your own email, built in ChatGPT or Claude. It sorts and summarizes RFI, quote or supplier messages and flags what needs a decision. Yours to keep using Monday. • A plain-English map of where AI fits in a plant or on a job site. Which jobs it handles well today, and which ones still need a person. • A live look at a real process. Chris audits one attendee's most manual weekly process in the room, start to finish, so you can see how to spot the hours worth getting back. • Chris's short list of AI tools worth your time. Including Perplexity for research, and what each one is actually good for. • Optional: a free 30-minute Readiness Review with Chris. 6 spots, offered at the event. Book it before you leave if you want help putting numbers to it. The agenda 8:00 | Breakfast and introductions Breakfast tacos, burritos and coffee, plus a quick round: who you are and the one process you'd love to never touch again. 8:30 | Where AI actually pays off in manufacturing and construction A short, practical talk (about 20 minutes). What's real, what's hype, and how to tell the difference before you spend money. 8:50 | Hands-on build (about 90 minutes) Laptops open. We build your first agent together, step by step, in ChatGPT or Claude, on your own Gmail or Outlook. Chris walks the room so nobody gets stuck. 10:20 | Break 10:30 | Live process audit One volunteer shares their most manual weekly process. Chris maps it in real time: where the hours go, what an agent could take over, and what that's worth. 11:05 | The other AI tools Chris actually uses A quick tour of tools beyond ChatGPT and Claude, like Perplexity for research. What each is good for, and what to skip. 11:25 | Your next moves, plus Q&A What to try next week, what to leave alone, and the questions you came in with. 11:45 | Wrap and Readiness Review booking Book a free 30-minute follow-up on your own numbers before you leave. 6 spots. 12:00 | Done. Back at your desk by lunch. What to bring • A laptop (Windows or Mac), fully charged. • A paid ChatGPT or Claude account. The email connection we use in the build needs a paid plan. Our prep videos show exactly which plan to get and how to set it up. • Access to your work email (Gmail / Google Workspace or Outlook / Microsoft 365). Know your password and have your phone handy for two-factor login. • One process in mind. The task that eats the most hours in your week, or your team's. Before you arrive: 4 prep steps You'll get these in your confirmation email too. • Get the right AI account. Sign up for or upgrade to a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan. • Connect your email. Follow the short setup video in your confirmation email. • Check with IT if you need to. If your company limits which apps can connect to email, ask IT now. • Test your login. Open your AI account and your work email on the laptop you're bringing, and confirm two-factor works from your phone. Stuck on any step? Reply to your confirmation email and our team will help before the day. About your host Chris Daigle is the Founder and CEO of ChiefAIOfficer.com, based right here in Albuquerque. He runs this lab himself, start to finish. He works with mid-market leadership teams on a practical question: where does AI actually pay off in this business, and what should we do first? His approach is hands-on and specific. Start with one real process, measure it, build something that works, then decide what's next. Price $49 per seat, breakfast included. If you decide to work with Chris afterward, your $49 is credited toward any engagement. The Readiness Review is free and optional. Only 20 seats This is a working session, not a lecture. Chris needs to get to every laptop, so the room is capped at 20 attendees. Up to 2 people per company are welcome. Each person registers separately. Once seats are gone, new registrations go to a waitlist. If your plans change, let us know and we'll give your seat to someone on the list. Location and parking ABC New Mexico Training Facility, 2821 Broadway Blvd NE, Albuquerque, NM 87107 Parking: free in ABC New Mexico's main lot. Bring a charged laptop; seats don't have outlets, but we'll have power strips. Doors open at 7:30am for check-in and breakfast. FAQ What does it cost? $49 per seat, breakfast included. If you decide to work with Chris afterward, your $49 is credited toward any engagement. The Readiness Review is free and optional. What if I can't make it? Cancel at least 72 hours before the event (by Sunday, November 9 at 8:00am MT) for a full refund. After that, your seat can transfer to a colleague. Can I bring a colleague? Yes. Up to 2 people per company. Each person registers separately so we can help them prep. Who should attend? Owners, presidents, COOs, GMs and operations leaders at Albuquerque-area manufacturing and construction companies, roughly 50 to 1,000 employees. How technical do I need to be? Not at all. If you can send an email and log in to a website, you can do this. No coding. We go step by step, and Chris will help if you get stuck. Do I need a paid ChatGPT or Claude plan? Yes. The email connection we use in the build needs a paid plan. The prep videos in your confirmation email show which plan works and how to set it up. Will this be a sales pitch? No. The morning is a workshop. You'll build something real and leave with it whether or not you ever talk to us again. At the end, you can book a free 30-minute Readiness Review if you want help with your own numbers. That's optional, and it's the only ask. Is my company's data safe? You connect your own email on your own laptop, and you control what the agent can see. Chris walks through the permissions in plain English before anyone connects anything. What if my IT team locks things down? Common. Tell us when you register so we can plan for it, and check the IT step in the prep list. Will there be photos? We'll have a photographer in the room. If you'd rather not be photographed, just tell us at check-in. Where do I park? Parking: free in ABC New Mexico's main lot. Bring a charged laptop; seats don't have outlets, but we'll have power strips.
