Come as you are, learn and practice neuro-somatic techniques for managing stress, creating resilience and re-patterning old habits and cycles. This group meets every 3rd Wednesday of the month from 6:30-8:15pm and is sometimes followed by a short and gentle somatic self-knowing or Parts Work session. It is not necessary to stay for both, please feel free to come and go as you need to.
