Tango BioKinetics™ (TBK) is a movement and wellness method created by Sergio Segura combining biomechanics, anatomy, Body Mapping, motor learning, movement awareness, and principles derived from Argentine Tango. For dancers, TBK develops a deeper understanding of how the body creates balance, force, rotation, coordination, and efficient movement—helping dancers move with less unnecessary muscular effort and greater comfort, control, and confidence. About Sergio Segura Sergio Segura is an Argentine Tango instructor, choreographer, and movement educator with more than 20 years of experience as Director of Strictly Tango NYC. He is the creator of Tango BioKinetics™, combining his extensive experience teaching Argentine Tango with the science of human movement. A NASM Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) with specialized studies in biomechanics, anatomy, corrective exercise, and human movement, Sergio approaches Tango through both the art of dance and the mechanics of the body. His teaching helps dancers understand not only what to do, but how to move more efficiently, comfortably, and confidently.
