Get faster, stronger, and fitter with Arlington's #1 outdoor workout ASC Field Trips are expert-led workouts outside of Arlington, VA. Join us as we train at the most scenic outdoor locations in or near the Washington, D.C. area. This workout will include a 3-mile expert-led trail run with stops along the trail for various body weight and core strengthening exercises.
